I think you should fucking wisen up. You think what youre doing is right? A leader doesn't only lead, damn, you gotta listen to other people's opinion. Dont always think youre the smartest and the right one, wake up manz. Stop being so high-and-mighty and so bossy lah. Why do you think people bitch about you and don't listen to you? It's because of you yourself. Why are you acting like this? Why do you act pathetic? Do you know that she's feeling terrible being sandwiched all the time? Do you even feel a tad bit sorry for whatever you've done? You don't even feel that you're in the wrong! That's what's wrong with you. Even when everyone bombards you with reasons, you think you're still correct! Why don't you ever ever reflect on yourself and think? You only know how to vent your anger on people, bitch around, and think youre right. Since you've always wanted to be a leader so much, why don't you ever act like one, since you're one now? If you think that a leader is just about being all high up and bossing people around thinking they'll listen to you, then youre so friggin' wrong. And now, if you think that everyone is against you just because we don't like your face or purely because we don't like you, think again. It's your actions and your words we detest. Really, you should think about the words you use, about the things you do. So please, start reflecting on yourself and think if you are being what leaders should be. If you've finally come to a conclusion that you are not (which is highly impossible because you always think youre right), then will you change? Or will you wait till it's too late?
Really, wisen up and buck up, stop making everyone under you suffer.
